1. Returns for Defective Products
• Returns are accepted only for defective products.
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Warranty Policy
• All products come with a warranty of 1 year or 2 years (as specified for each item).
• Warranty claims are only valid for manufacturing defects, not for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs (both ways) when sending items for warranty service.
• Depending on the issue, products under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
3. Non-Returnable Items
• Products without defects cannot be returned or refunded.
• Damaged packaging or physical damage caused by the customer is not covered.
